Every year the HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards showcases the creativity, innovation and excellence in construction and design that has become synonymous with the Housing Industry Association (HIA). Winners of these awards come from across the country. As a result they are truly a testament to the professionalism and talent in Australia.
Virgon represented Victoria in the Townhouse/Villa development award with Montana. As a result, we beat nine other finalists from across Australia! Montana has already proven to be an award winner, making a clean sweep in 2016. Montana’s awards include: the 2016 Boroondara Urban Design Award for Best Small Scale Multi-Residential Project, the 2016 Master Builders Award for Best Multi-Residential Development (4-12 Units), the 2016 HIA Award for Townhouse/Villa Development of the Year and the HIA Award for Best Townhouse over $700,001 per dwelling. We are thrilled to add the 2017 HIA Australian Townhouse/Villa Development of the Year award to this prestigious list.
